ProductWhat is in your mix? Are there any artificial colouring or flavouring in the mix? All our products have been carefully sourced and are premium quality ingredients. We have spent years of research and development in the area of natural flavours and taste to produce this perfectly balanced mix for you to enjoy at home. We do not use any artificial colouring or flavouring! We use only the best for our customers. We would love to share our story with you. How do I use your product and what equipment do I need to use your mix? Our mix are designed and conceptualized to work without the expensive or cumbersome coffee machines. No more hesitation to make yourself your cuppa because you do not wish to clean up so many things afterwards. Yogurt smoothie and Frappe Mix For our yogurt smoothie and frappe mix, all you need to have is a blender. Simply add milk + ice + our mix + blend. You get an amazing iced blended drink minutes! Hot Latte Mix For hot latte mix you will need a milk frother + mix. If you have absolutely nothing, simply heat up the milk, add our mix, stir and enjoy! Iced Latte Mix If all you want is iced latte mix, all you need is a small mixer (recommended), a hot/cold frother or simply add our mix to milk, stir and enjoy! For guides and recipe, please find it here. What are seasonal flavours? Seasonal flavours are only available during specific seasons. Sign up as a member and get updated whenever seasonal flavours or exclusive member only flavours are launched! How should I store my mix? Keep it in a cool dry place. If you are using the 250g or 500g packs (Thank you for choosing our less convenient but more sustainable option) Do use a dry measuring spoon to scoop the powder as water and moisture will make the unused contents in the pack lumpy and hard. What is the expiry date of your mix? The expiry date is stated on the product packaging. What if there’s a problem with the quality of my product. Please get in touch with us and we will get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

OrderingHow do I view my order? You will receive an email order confirmation after your order is processed. Alternatively, sign up as our member to get instant updates on your orders status and information. Order processing and tracking Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days and despatched out to you. Shipping should take 2-3 business days. Tracking details will be made available in the email confirmation sent to you after your order is despatched. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact our customer service here. I have received the wrong items or the package or item is damaged We are sorry to hear this. Please do take a picture of the item and get in touch with our customer service to resolve the issue. Cancelling or making changes to your order Oops! Do contact our customer service and we will see how we can try to help you provided order has not been processed or despatched.

ShippingHow long does it takes for my purchase to be shipped to me? Local Orders from Singapore are processed and shipped from our Singapore warehouse. Order processing takes 1-2 business days and shipping (via 3rd party courier partner) takes 2-3 business days. ​ Orders from Australia, Malaysia, China and Korea are shipped from the warehouse in the respective countries. ​ International Estimate of the delivery lead time will be from 7-28 business days depending on the choice of courier service. This does not include any customs processing time at the destination processing facility. What are your shipping costs? Local We charge a flat rate of S$ 4 per order Free shipping for orders above S$ 60 for Singapore customers. International International shipping varies according to the country and choice of courier selected.

(For international orders only) We do not cover any duties or taxes or surcharges that are imposed by the country you are buying from. Returns & ExchangeWhat are your return and exchange policy? It is both our passion and mission to deliver our quality products to be enjoyed by cafe lovers around the world. We will do our utmost to ensure a pleasurable shopping experience for you. However, should you unfortunately encounter any issues with regards to shipping or product issues, kindly take photos of the affected product and contact our customer service. We practice a fair-trade policy. Should the delivery or products be found to be unsatisfactory, we will accept return and refund our customers accordingly. Exchange or refunds will not apply to sales item. How long will it take for me to receive my refund? Refunds will be made via the customer's payment method. Upon refund order process, refunds should be received within 3-5 business days.
