Shipping Policy
Order processing and shipping
Orders from Australia are processed and shipped from our Australia warehouse in Perth. Order processing takes 1-2 business days and shipping (via 3rd party courier partner) takes 2-5 business days.

International Shipping (All other countries)
Orders from Singapore, Malaysia, China and Korea are shipped from the warehouse in the respective countries. Estimate of the delivery lead time will be from 7-28 business days depending on the choice of courier service. This does not include any customs processing time at the destination processing facility.

No GST charges
We do not charge any Good and Service taxes for all your purchases. International purchases are not subjected to any GST charges.

Shipping policy

We take great pride in delivering our quality product to you. We do our very best to ensure a seamless delivery process. Your items will be entrusted into the good hands of our 3rd party courier service provider the moment it leaves our warehouse and will reach you within the lead time in good order and condition.

Important note
Local courier pick up
We advise customers or their representatives to personally receive the items. We discourage instructions for the couriers to leave the package outside the delivery addresses unattended. Customers agree to indemnify us of any loss or damages to the items should they make any private arrangements with the 3rd party delivery courier personnel to leave the packages unattended outside the intended delivery premises.

Acts of god, unforeseen situations, custom rules and regulations
Please note that cafe2home will not be liable for deliveries that are affected by acts of god, riots or strikes, customs rules and regulations, additional duties, taxes, fees or surcharges imposed at the destination country.

Return & Exchange Policy
​
There will be no refunds on purchased items that have been opened due to a change of mind.
​
However, purchased items that have remained unopen are eligible for a refund. Below are our refund policy conditions:
1. You may return new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (refrigerated items excluded).
2. The item must be in its original condition with no tears, scratches, dents or any type of damage that would render it unsaleable.
3.The cost of postage is to be borne by the purchaser.
4. In the event that you have received an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. Incorrect and/or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Once we have received your returned item in accordance to point (2) above, we will process the refund to the nominated account that we received payment from.
